these are the organisational users who use our mobile application to collect data using
digital questionnaires that the organisation has setup in advance

For example Seven Skies' Food Security Assessment collects one off user location data if questionnaires
requires to be linked to a specific location for responders. Our
practices are subject to application laws in the places in which we operate. This means that we
engage in the practices described here in this notice in particular regions only if permitted
under the lats if those places.
DATA COLLECTION & USAGE
Food Security Assessment collects personal data:

If questionnaire has a questions where the respondent is required to indicate the
location from which they are collecting the data from then the app collects one off

Seven Skies uses personal data to enabel reliable and convenient responding to digital questionnaires. The data is also utilised for:

DATA RETENTION & DELETION
Seven Skies retains user data for as long as necessary for accountability as well present as evidence
incase of any disputes from any of the users or stakeholders. Users may deactivate their accounts at any time.
Seven Skies may retain user data after they deactivate their accounts due to legal or regulatory requirements.
